Published: May 27, 2025
Effective: Pay Period 09, 2025
Summary
The National Finance Center (NFC) has enhanced the Employee Personal Page (EPP) to improve protection against third-party incursions. The change requires users making changes to any banking information (including financial allotments, direct deposits, health savings accounts, and discretionary allotments) to log in to EPP using PIV/Login.gov via the MyEPP website at https://www.nfc.usda.gov/EPPS, or via the Application Launchpad on the NFC website at www.nfc.usda.gov.
Note: An employee accessing EPP with a user ID and password with a one-time passcode (OTP) will not be allowed to add/change banking information or financial allotments. Those employees will be required to submit banking changes through their servicing human resources office.
